RB Constructions – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RB Constructions. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By hiring or engaging with RB Constructions, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

RB Constructions provides residential, commercial, and industrial construction services, including new builds, renovations, civil works, and project management. All services are subject to written agreements or contracts between the company and the client.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by RB Constructions are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are based on information and designs provided at the time of the quotation. Any changes or additions requested by the client may result in revised pricing.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specifically mentioned.

3. Project Timeline

Project start and completion dates will be agreed upon in the contract. Delays due to weather, labor shortages, material availability, or changes requested by the client may affect timelines.
RB Constructions will make every effort to adhere to the schedule and will notify the client of any unavoidable delays.

4. Payments

Payments are due as per the schedule outlined in the project agreement or invoice terms.
Late payments may incur interest charges or penalties as specified in the agreement.
RB Constructions reserves the right to pause or terminate work for non-payment.

5. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the original plan or scope of work must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.
Modifications requested after the project has commenced are subject to approval and feasibility assessments.

6. Materials and Warranty

All materials used will be of high quality and conform to industry standards. If specific materials are requested by the client, RB Constructions will not be held responsible for their performance.
RB Constructions provides a limited warranty for workmanship and construction defects for a specified period (typically 12 months from project completion), unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear access to the site and ensure that any required permissions, approvals, or clearances from local authorities are obtained in a timely manner.
The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information, drawings, or instructions provided.

8. Liability

RB Constructions will not be held liable for damages or delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
The company’s liability is limited to the value of the contract and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination of Contract

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for all completed work and material costs up to the date of termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the project is located.
